Vehicle, train collide on outskirts of Carrington

On Tuesday, Jan. 18, Officer Ryan Hutton of the Carrington Police Department responded to a vehicle vs. train crash on the north edge of Carrington near 66th Avenue Northeast and 11th Street North.
