Pfau receives Super Hero Award

North Dakota United President Nick Archuleta, presented Cairra Pfau with the Everyday Super Hero Award on April 20 at Longfellow Elementary School, Fargo.

Pfau is a fifth grade teacher at Longfellow Elementary and has been a teacher for 22 years.

She is the daughter of Carlton and Lois Larson, Jr., of Carrington.

Pfau received the award because of all her hard work and dedication. She continuously meets the needs of all the students in her class and has such an impact on their lives she often hears from some of them even after they have graduated!

She has the ability to adapt and modify her curriculum so that all students can easily understand and succeed. She keeps the students engaged with hands on learning and STEM projects.
