This year's recipient of the Tufte Spirit Award is Emery Patzer, son of Skyler and Valerie Patzer. The award is given yearly by Dawn and Brandon Tufte in honor and memory of their three children, Alex, Melody and Spencer. Runners-up were Kate Fiebiger, Rayna Schulz and Rylee Partlow.
