Summer Reading

Reading challenges for all ages of readers! Earn entries now for the grand prize drawings. Visit carringtonlibrary.org for a weekly list of activities including movies, yoga, STEM and crafts.

Upcoming Events

• Saturday, June 25 starting at 11:00: Author Meet and Greet Children’s Author Karri Theis will share her new book and answer questions about publishing.

• Wednesday, July 6 starting at Noon: Lunch and Learn “Uncluttering Social Media” presented by Jacey Erickson. Tips and tricks for all things social media. Lunch provided.

• Monday, July 25 starting at 4:00, “Young Entrepreneur’s Class.” The class includes the basics of becoming an entrepreneur for children grades 3 and up in preparation for the Mini Market on August 9.

• Tuesday, August 2 starting at 4:00: “Self Defense Class” presented by the N.D. Safety Council (pre-registration required).

• Thursday, August 4 starting at Noon: “Excel Spreadsheets 101 and Beyond.” Lunch is provided.

All events are free except for a small charge for the self-defense class.

State Park Passes

The library has park passes available to be checked out! These provide free entry to all state parks in North Dakota.
