Carrington quarterback Josh Bickett releases a pass as Hillsboro/Central Valley lineman Caleb Hatlestad is locked up with an unidentified Cardinal blocker. Bickett was a bright spot for the Cards, going 15-for-27 for 188 yards and a 70-yard touchdown pass late in the game.
Hillsboro/Central Valley did all their damage to the Carrington Cardinals in just one half of football Friday night, September 2.
Specifically, a several-minute barrage of points late in the first and early in the second quarter that shellshocked the Cards and ended their realistic chances almost before they started.
HCV took a two-touchdown lead after the first quarter, but turned on the jets...
