In contested races, there were no real surprises in the deep-red state, as the Republican Party swept all nationwide and statewide leadership elections, and maintained their supermajority in the legislature.
First-time voter Isaac Hurlbut ponders over his choices on the ballot. The 2022 election witnessed a sizable influx of young voters, passionate to make their voices heard.
