Negotiations are now in the process for the purchase by W.L. Beaton and son Walter, Jr. of the real estate on which was recently situated their liquor store which was destroyed by fire. The purchase is being made from A.D. Matheny of Los Angeles, formerly of Carrington. Beaton and son plan to construct a new building on the site for the resumption of their business....
