Like PGA star Phil Mickelson, and borrowing from his baseball tenure, Grady Shipman is a natural right-hander who swings both his clubs and his bat left-handed.
That dominant right eye served him well in his "other" spring sport, as the junior earned an individual State Class B Tournament spot at the Region 2 team qualifier at CrossRoads Golf Club Wednesday, May 31.
