Winning team for the Al Larson Memorial Golf Tournament held June 9 was the Wayne Shipman team. Members are Wayne Shipman, Scott Beumer, Cindy Hewitt and Kent Hewitt with a score of 54.
The Al Larson Memorial Golf Tournament, sponsored by the Carrington Lions Club, was held at Crossroads Golf Course on June 9.
Twenty-five teams participated in the tournament.
The Lion NE5 Service Chair Crystal Dueker handed out Dad's Root Beer to the golfers in honor of Father's Day.
Kitchen help was Lions Mary Struxness, Susan Fangman, Michele Kliem, Dani McClean, and Joyce Wick.
