Carrington Redbirds T-ball players, ranging in age from five to seven years old, took the field for the first organized sporting activity on the new Cal Ripken field at City Park Wednesday evening, June 7.
As many of the participants had never played the sport until this summer, triumphs were celebrated, and (mostly) controlled chaos left some fun memories for all who witnessed the event.
