NDCF awards $725,000 in scholarships to students

The North Dakota Community Foundation (NDCF) will award over $725,000 in over 400 scholarships to North Dakota students in 2023.

“We are pleased to be able to help these students as they pursue their higher education,” said Kevin Dvorak, President and CEO of NDCF. “And we are grateful to the many generous North Dakotans whose gifts made these scholarships possible.”

In most cases, a local advisory committee recommends the grant recipient.

Area students that received scholarships included:

Bowdon: Jaxon Fike, North Dakota State University, Eleanor Wiebe Scholarship; Brock Fike, Bismarck State College, Lars & Hilda Svendsgaard; Logan Grover, University of North Dakota, Lars & Hilda Svendsgaard; Miranda Hoff, Montana State University, Lars & Hilda Svendsgaard; Regan Jones, North Dakota State University, Eleanor Wiebe Scholarship and Addison Neumiller, University of Mary, Eleanor Wiebe Scholarship

McHenry: Abigail Dreher, Valley City State University, Conrad & Arthus Nisstad Memorial.
