A 122-pound pumpkin, grown by Steve Zwinger, claimed first place in the 2023 Foster County Pumpkin Contest. The contest was held at The Market, Carrington City Park on Sept. 17.
Emerson Baumann entered the heaviest pumpkin, 119 pounds in the junior youth division, while Maara Kutz had the heaviest pumpkin, 47 pounds, among senior youths.
