More milestones for M-P-B

Medina/Pingree-Buchanan got their stride kicking in full gear on opposite ends of the Carrington tournament, taking a sweep against BCN in Leal (25-11, 25-6 and 25-12) on Thursday, October 5, and concluding a perfect District 6 league record of 5-0 with another three-set victory (25-14, 25-20, 25-13) over Strasburg/Zeeland last Tuesday.

The Thunder bolstered their season record to 22-7 with the wins, and finish up the regular season with road games against Oakes Tuesday night.

In the S-Z match, seniors Alaina Bosche and Allison Thomas were honored for earning their 2,000th dig and 1,000th kill, respectively. Thomas already posted her 2,000th dig earlier this season.
