From the Past: Roney takes over as state's attorney

Thomas A. Roney took over the duties of state’s attorney of Foster County on Monday morning succeeding C.W. Burnham. He will maintain his office above the Chocolate Shop cafe. He has engaged Mrs. Lyman Robertson to be his stenographer.
