American Legion 'Meet and Greet' January 10

A "Meet & Greet" for military, veterans and their spouses took place on January 10, 2024, at the Chieftain in Carrington. Skyler Patzer played background music while everyone visited with each other. Then, a fun songfest took place where everyone sang ALL the military songs for each branch of the military.

The new commander of American Legion Post 25, Tom Sauby (center with hat) and the new adjutant, Ryan Zink (right), spoke to the group about their plans for the post's future.

Marlene Boyer, president of the local American Legion Auxiliary, said that the ladies would be happy to support and serve veterans and military in our local community. She emphasized the auxiliary's appreciation and gratitude for Carrington's local veterans/military and thanked those present for attending the event.
