CHS, Midkota speakers earn state meet qualification
CHS senior Sarah Hallwachs reads off her script while competing in the radio category at the Region V Speech Meet Saturday, April 13, at Carrington High School. Hallwachs was the regional champion in the event, and also took second in Speech to Inform. Both performances were state qualifiers.
