Lillian Elliott

Carrington native Lillian Clara Reutter Elliott passed away Saturday, April 27, 2024, at her home in Lodi, California, at age 94.

Lillian was born March 21, 1930, to parents Ludwig and Emma Wachtel. Lillian graduated from Carrington High School, where she played volleyball, basketball, and softball.

Known affectionately as Lil or Grandma Lil, she was a homemaker and placed family first. After moving to Lodi in 1957, she also worked for Pacific Coast Producers, Mar-Val Bakery, and Felten's Topaz Restaurant.

Lil attended Emanuel Lutheran Church and enjoyed dancing, bowling, crocheting, jigsaw puzzles, crafts, reading, and volunteering.

Lil is survived by her daughter, Corinne Luna; son, Bryan Reutter; daughter-in-law, Laura Buckley Reutter; former daughter-in-law, Susan Gallagher Reutter; stepdaughter, Glenna Groh and grandchildren, Katherine, Benjamin and William Reutter.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Ellen Roth; husband, Glenn Elliott; son, Douglas Reutter and former husband, Alfred Reutter.

Visitation and a graveside service were held in Lodi.
