Christopher House

Christopher Raymond House, 72, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2024, under hospice care.

Christopher's graveside service will be held at the Carrington Cemetery on Friday, June 7, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., with Pastor Steve Berntson officiating. Recorded music will be "Amazing Grace" by Alan Jackson.

Honorary pallbearers were all of Christopher's Family and Friends.

Christopher was born on April 2, 1952, to Raymond and Cecilia (Wolf) House in Carrington, N.D. He attended school in Grace City, N.D., graduating in 1970. He was drafted into the Army and served in Vietnam.

Christopher worked for the Burlington Northern Railroad before moving to Hawaii, where he was a machinist at Pearl Harbor. He retired in 2017 with over 40 years of service. He loved the tropical weather and often stated he would never visit North Dakota in the winter.

Christopher is survived by his brother, Joseph (Kathy) House, Holden, Mo.; sister, Clarice (Dean) Snow, Jamestown, N.D.; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and brother; John Thomas House.
