Pazdernik's All-State finish, Senior Athlete honor among top local highlights -
Kenadie Pazdernik of Carrington trudges up the hill on the portion of the Parkhurst course overlooking the Pipestem Reservoir. She would finish in seventh place, taking All-State honors for the Cardinals.
A pleasant breeze and mid-50 degree weather provided almost-perfect running conditions for the State Class B Cross Country Meet at Parkhurst Recreation Area north of Jamestown Friday afternoon, Oct. 25. It was a far cry from last year's meet, which was blanketed by a fresh layer of snow and frigid temperatures.
