    Photographers who are interested in sending photos for the North Dakota Game and Fish Department’s Watchable Wildlife Photo Contest must follow guidelines for submitting their work.     On Friday, July 15, Bremer Bank and Dakota Growers Pasta Co. co-sponsored a 4-Person Scramble Golf Tournament, held at CrossRoads Golf Club. Thirty-four total teams participated in the event.     Billy Holtan, back row, far right, has been at the forefront of firefighting efforts in the Alaskan wilderness this summer. As part of the Grande Rondel rappel crew, seen here, Holtan has taken on blazes in what is known as the Lime Complex, which consists of almost 21 million acres and has witnessed almost 820,000 acres worth of combined fires.     Events are planned at the Putnam House, 533 Main Street, Carrington, for the month of August. The first event, "Music on Main," will be held on Wednesday, August 3 at 7 p.m. on the Putnam House lawn.
