Kennedy Wendel faced three different Des Lacs-Burlington wrestlers in her 145-pound bracket, and took second to CHS teammate Trisa Schroeder (not pictured).
The initial measuring stick for the nascent Carrington girls' wrestling program came at the Knights of Columbus Tournament at Jamestown High School's Jerry Meyer Arena Saturday, December 3.
And if finishing third place to a combined squad of the three West Fargo high schools and the Jamestown Blue Jays (both Class A programs) by just nine total points was any indicator, it was a smashing succes...
