Carrington senior Kacie Rexin, right, shares a smile with Kindred's Avery Bartels as they wait to hit from the third tee on the second day of play at the State Class B Girls Golf Tournament in Mapleton Tuesday, September 26. The two would go first and second place overall in the event, with Bartels taking her fourth straight state title. It is the highest-ever finish for Rexin, as well as for any Carrington golfer, male or female, in school history.
