    Marvin Helm Marvin passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at Golden Acres Manor in Carrington at the age of 93 Marvin's visitation was Sunday, Oct., 23 from 5:00-7:00 p.m., followed by a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m., all at Evans Funeral Home, Carrington. His funeral service was held Monday, October 24 at 10:30 a.m., at Calvary Baptist Church, Carrington, N.D., with Pastor Keith Hurlbut officiating. Music was by Carol Collins and Pat Torgeson.     The North Dakota Game and Fish Department will continue its Hunter-Harvested Surveillance program during the 2022 hunting season by sampling deer for chronic wasting disease from select units in the western portion of the state, and unit 2B in the east.
